We are a small, boutique heritage property; late cancellations significantly impact us.

• More than 7 days before arrival: bookings cancelled or modified receive a full refund, minus a $50 administration and processing fee.
• Between 48 hours and 7 days before arrival: the cost of the first night's stay is forfeited.
• Within 48 hours of check-in, or no-show: the full amount of the total booking is charged.
• No refunds are issued for early departures once checked in.

In the event of an unforeseen catastrophic disruption, such as a natural disaster, extreme weather cutting off highway access to Swansea, or government-mandated travel bans, the booking is considered a 'frustrated contract' under Australian Consumer Law. In these rare circumstances guests will be offered a fee-free date modification or a credit voucher valid for 12 months. If a refund is requested, Wagner's Estate reserves the right to retain a small portion to cover unrecoverable administrative overheads already incurred.

If your reservation was made through a third-party online travel agency (such as Expedia, Wotif or Booking.com), that platform's cancellation terms apply, and any modification or refund request must be made through that platform.
