How refunds work

The full amount of your stay is charged when you book. You can cancel for free up to 24 hours before your arrival and we refund the full amount, including HST, to the card you paid with.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before arrival, or do not arrive, the full stay is charged and is not refunded.

Refund timing

Once we process a refund it goes back to the card you paid with. Card refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear; that part is outside our control.

How to cancel

Email frontdesk@walkertonlivery.ca or call 226-840-6727 and quote your reservation code. We will confirm your cancellation and refund by email.
