What we collect

When you book with The Walkerton Livery we collect the information needed to process your stay: name, email, phone, payment details (handled by our card payment provider), and any ID documents required by local regulations.

How we use it

We use your information to confirm your booking, send transactional emails (confirmations and reminders), process payments and refunds, comply with local regulations, and respond to questions you ask us.

Who we share it with

• Our card payment provider, to charge your card and issue refunds.
• Our email-delivery provider, to send transactional emails about your booking.
• Local authorities, only when required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep booking records for as long as required by tax and business law in our jurisdiction. ID documents uploaded during digital check-in are deleted after the retention period set in our property settings.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention requirements). Email frontdesk@walkertonlivery.ca.
