Booking terms

These terms apply to every reservation made through the Lauren Berger Collection booking site. By completing a booking you agree to them.

Reservation and payment

A reservation is confirmed once the required deposit or payment shown at checkout has been received. Any remaining balance is due on the schedule stated during checkout. All rates are quoted in the currency shown at the time of booking.

Cancellation and changes

Cancellations and date changes are governed by the cancellation policy displayed on your booking before payment and repeated in your confirmation email. Refunds, where due, follow that policy.

Check-in, check-out and house rules

Check-in and check-out times, occupancy limits and the house rules shown on each listing form part of these terms. The property is reserved for the number of guests stated in the booking.

Guest responsibility

Guests are responsible for treating the home and its contents with care and for any damage caused during the stay. The Lauren Berger Collection is not liable for personal belongings or for events outside its reasonable control.
