Booking agreement

By placing a booking with West Windsor Studios you agree to these terms. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email with a reservation code. Some rate plans require a deposit or full prepayment — see your confirmation for details.

Payment

Payment is taken securely via our payment processor. We never store full card details on our own servers. The currency, deposit amount, and any balance due at check-in are shown on your confirmation page and email before you pay.

Cancellation & no-show

Cancellation rules vary by rate plan. The exact policy that applies to your booking is shown during checkout and on your confirmation. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Arrival & check-in

Check-in and check-out times are published on the booking page. We may ask for government-issued ID on arrival in line with local hospitality regulations.

House rules

Specific house rules (smoking, pets, parties, quiet hours) are shown on the booking page. By staying with us you agree to follow them.

Liability

West Windsor Studios is not liable for personal injury or loss of property during your stay except where caused by our negligence or where local law prevents the exclusion of liability.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your booking is the one published on the day you booked.
